This series of products adopts the precision resistance alloy, independently developed and produced by C&B Electronics. After precision processing, the alloy is welded by the special electron beam welding equipment which is independently designed and manufactured by C&B Electronics. Based on the consistency control ability of resistance alloy, precision processing ability and efficient welding, the product can reach the tolerance of ± 0.5% without trimming after stamping. "Trimming Free" technology avoids the loss of rated current caused by trimming, and also avoids the current hot spots caused by trimmed notch, which greatly improves the reliability of the product. At the same time, due to the improvement of welding quality, the thermal EMF of the product is significantly reduced and the stability of the product is improved.
